As announced the TMZ, Lorit Simon who is the owner of one of the solari centers in Las-Vegas still is waiting for Lindsay to give back the money which she had to pay for solari. And it’s not just a little amount to give as a present to famous actress;it’s all 40.000dollar.

As the owner reported the actress went to solari center from 2007 to 2009, but the payment was left every time for the next visit. Simon decided to solve the problem through the rules and the judge demanded to pay the money. Since then already nine months passed but it seems Lohan even doesn’t think about that, therefore the owner has decided to solve everything in the court of California.
